We do not tie residential customers into lengthy contracts, we prefer you stay with us because we are providing a trouble free, quality service. You can choose to pay annually and receive a substantial discount, or pay monthly. If you pay monthly then you are on a monthly rolling contract, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your service by giving us a minimum of one full month’s notice. As we invoice on the 1st of each month, this means that your one month notice period starts on the 1st of the following month. If you choose to pay annually then your service will renew every year unless you let us know at least five working days prior to your renewal. We will send out reminders prior to an annual service renewing. If you are on the annual option and you wish to upgrade we will pro-rata your remaining period.
All our residential packages are supplied with one UK 01 or 02 number (you can choose the area code and number from those available). You can only make one call at a time (only one device will be allowed to register with our system). We will provide you with authentication details if you want to use your own soft phone client or your own VoIP handset, e.g. BYOD (Bring your Own Device). We can advise whether your device is likely to be compatible with our service, however we cannot offer support for your device. We do sell and rent phones, for which we provide full support. We do not offer unlimited call packages as these are not practical – most companies offering “unlimited” call packages will have small print that limits calls with a “fair use policy” to around 2,000 minutes each month. We would rather be up front and give you the full details rather than call it unlimited then restrict it in the small print. UK mobiles are O2, EE, Three and Vodafone, this includes their resellers (e.g. GiffGaff use O2). Any other mobile operators are not inclusive. Residential accounts are invoiced to a named individual.
